Welcome to my website

Chronic conditions can reduce the quality of life for the individual. They often get worse despite drug therapy.

However, a hands on approach helps get to the root of the problem and supports the body's own healing abilities.

Through my personal search into maintaining health, I have become clearly aware of how the shocks and knocks of life are retained within the body and mind, eventually leading to ill health.

I am trained and experienced in a number of therapies and I am happy to discuss and advise what would best help you.
